John L. Lane - President

John's leadership of the board is backed by 51 years of farming experience. He is also currently the Elmira Township Supervisor, and past member of AgView Service Board and Kewanee Community Fire Department. When he is not busy with his three children and six grandchildren, he enjoys blacksmithing.

Stephen R. Winslow - Vice-President

Steve brings 30 years of farming experience and an associates degree in Civil Engineering technology. He has four children and seven grandchildren. He is active as an Elder at Elmira United Presbyterian Church and the Stark County Planning Commission. He is a former trustee of the Toulon Fire District. In his freetime, he enjoys boating and landscaping.

James W. Young

Jim has been on the Elmira Mutual board since 1988 and brings 30 years of farming experience. He has three children and is active in his church, Bunker Hill Church of God. He has an interest in antique farm machinery.

Christopher McMillen

Chris is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and has 35 years of farming experience. He has two children and two grandchildren. Besides Elmira Mutual, he is active in his church and the Farm Bureau; serving on the School Board in the past as well. He enjoys antique agriculture equipment and O-guage electric trains.

Brian H. Ely

Brian is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has 32 years in farming, and 5 years in crop adjusting. He has four children, and one grandchild. He is on the West Jersey Township Board and is active at Riverside Community Church. He enjoys athletic events and hog shows at the county fairs.

Dale D. Endress

Dale brings 42 years of farming experience to the board. He has three children, and three grandchildren. He also serves on the Citizens Bank Advisory Board. He enjoys traveling and actively participates in several organizations that provide relief to those in need.

Robin R. Nowlan

Robin is a graduate of Black Hawk East and has 22 years of farming experience. He has two children. Besides Elmira Mutual, he serves on the Stark County School Board, Toulon Fire Department, and the Stark County Soil and Water Conservation District. He enjoys following his son in Motorcross, the Stark County Girls basketball, University of Illinois sports, and NASCAR.

Ronald Musselman

Ron brings 32 years of farming experience to the board. When he is not busy with the activities of his two children, he serves on the Stark County Board and the Toulon Fire Department. His "hobby and interest" is farming!

Mark Wilson

Mark is a graduate of Iowa State University and brings 22 years of farming experience. He has three children still at home. He is active in the Toulon Methodist Church, Alpha Gamma Rho, and the Farm Bureau. He enjoys traveling and golf.
