Mark Wilson - President

Mark is a graduate of Iowa State University, with farming experience since 1988. He has three children. He is active in the Toulon Methodist Church, Alpha Gamma Rho, and the Farm Bureau. He is the Chairman of Illinois Corn Marketing Board, and the corn sector representative on the U.S. Grain Council. Locally, he is the president of the Toulon Library District. He enjoys traveling and golf. |

James W. Young - Vice President

Jim has been on the Elmira Mutual board since 1988, with farming experience since 1980. He was married to his wife Lauri in 1987 and they have three children and two grandchildren. He is active in his church, Northwoods Community Church in Peoria. He has an interest in antique farm machinery, tractor pulling, wintering in Naples, Florida, and being entertained by his granchildren who call him "Pa"!. |

Steve brings farming experience since 1983, and an associates degree in Civil Engineering technology. He has four children and ten grandchildren. He is active with the Stark County Planning Commission. He is a former trustee of the Toulon Fire District. In his freetime, he enjoys boating. |

Robin R. Nowlan

Robin is a graduate of Black Hawk East and brings farming experience since 1991. He has two children, and one grandchild. Besides Elmira Mutual, he serves as the President of the Toulon Fire Department, Stark County Ventures, and on the Stark County Board of Supervisors. He enjoys following the Stark County Girls basketball, University of Illinois sports, and NASCAR. His daughter and her husband are both attorneys working at a Springfield firm. His son works on the farm. |

Ronald Musselman

Ron brings farming experience since 1978 to the board. Ron and his wife Deanna have two children and five grandchildren. Ron has served on the Toulon Fire Department since 2000. Ron's son, Jason, joined him in the family farming operation in 2016. Ron enjoys golfing in his limited spare time. |

Gary brings farming experience since 1971 to the board of Elmira Mutual. Gary and his wife Carole have six children and twenty-four grandchildren. He also serves as a trustee of the Buda Fire Protection District. |

Brian graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Ag Business. He brings farming experience since 1989. Brian and his wife Sherri have four children. He is active with St Johns Catholic Church. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, and anything to do with Notre Dame. |

Frank graduated from Illinois State University in 1981 with a B.S in Ag Business. He brings farming experience since 1982. Frank and his wife, Marcie, have four children and four grandchildren. Two of his children are active with the day to day farming operation. He is active in the Illinois Farm Bureau and St Dominics Church. In his freetime, he enjoys boating, travling, and golf. |

Frank graduated from the University of Illinois and brings farming experience since 1993. Frank and his wife Dot have three children. He is on the Chestnut Township Board, a member of Alpha Gamma Rho, Tompkins State Bank, and a Knoxville FFA Alumni. In his free time, he enjoys deer hunting, fishing, and Allis Chambers Tractors. |
