Ruth received an Office Assistant Certificate from Black Hawk East. She and her husband Bruce have two married children, and one grandchild. Ruth is active in serving as a deacon at First Congregation Church in Kewanee. She also enjoys singing in the Community Choir and her church choir. When given the time, she enjoys gardening and yard work.
